TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY PROMOTING RESEARCH AND STUDY INTO THE FIELDS OF PROPERTY INVESTMENT, DEVELOPEMENT AND MANAGEMENT AND OTHER RELATED FIELDS AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH AND IN PARTICULAR TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS ATTENDING THE UNIVERSITY OF READING BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP, EXHIBITIONS, BURSARIES OR PRIZES, GRANT MAINTENANCE AND ALLOWANCES.
