Charitable objects
TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES TO PAY OR APPLY ALL OR ANY PART OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND EXCLUSIVELY TO SUCH CHARITIES OR EXCLUSIVELY FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY AT THEIR UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE HAVING REGARD TO ANY WISHES EXPRESSED BY THE SETTLOR TO THE TRUSTEES.
