THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY:- PROVIDING TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES FOR ALL PERSONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STUDENTS CONCERED WITH THE PLANNING DESIGN DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION FINANCING OWNERSHIP MARKETING MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE OPERATION ADMEASUREMENT VALUATION OR OTHER DEALING WITH LAND PROPERTY AND BUILDINGS RELATING TO SHOPPING AND SHOPPING CENTRES AND PARKS AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES AND AMENITIES RELATING THERETO (HEREINAFTER TOGETHER CALLED "THE FUNCTIONS") AND ALL PROFESSIONS VOCATIONS OR CALLINGS RELATED THERETO AND TO ENCOURAGE BY EDUCATIONAL METHODS THE STUDY OF ALL SUBJECTS PERTAINING THERETO AND THE VALUE THEREOF.
