(A) THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED TO EQUIP THEM TO ACCEPT JOBS AND TRAINING IN THE INSURANCE WORLD GENERALLY AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO HELP THEM BUY APPROPIATE WORKING CLOTHES AND MEET THE COSTS OF TRAVELLING TO AND FROM WORK AND TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR GENERAL MAINTENANCE UNTIL THEY ARE ABLE TO BECOME SELF-SUPPORTING AND (B) CHARITABLE PURPOSES GENERALLY.
