THE PREVENTION OF DRUG ABUSE THROUGH: (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE MATTER OF THE ABUSE OF ILLICIT, HARMFUL AND ADDICTIVE DRUGS AND THE CONSEQUENCES THEREOF; (2) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONAL AND VOLUNTEERS INVOLVES IN THE EDUCATION AND REHABILITATION OF UNDIVIDUALS USING DRUGS; (3) THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER SUPPORT FOR MEDICAL PROGRAMMES DIRECTED AT THE RELIEF OR CURE OF DRUP ADDICTION.
