TO APPLY THEREOF IN ANY MANNER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLES OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA (WHETHER GENERALLY OR IN RESPECT OF ANY PARTICULAR GROUP OR SECTION WITHIN EITHER OR BOTH NATIONS) BY PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN ART AND THE HISTORY OF ART AND BY PRESERVING THE INDIGENOUS ART AND CULTURAL HERITAGE OF BOTH COUNTRIES OF IMPORTANCE TO THE HERITAGE OF MANKIND INCLUDING HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND MONUMENTS (BOTH INSIDE ANDOUTSIDE INDIA).
