SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENTS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUT DISCRETION DETERMINE.
