I) TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE TREATMENT & RELIEF OF PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS SUFFERED BY ANY PERSON OR A MEMBER OF THEIR FAMILY WHO HAVE TAKEN REFUGE IN ANY PARK OF THE WORLD AS A RESULT OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION OR OPPRESSION IN SOUTHERN AFRICA. II) TO RELEIVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR CONDITIONS OF NEED SUFFERED BY ANY SUCH PERSON OR A MEMBER OF SUCH PERSONS FAMILY AS IS REFERRED TO IN SUB-CLAUSE (I) ABOVE.
