(A) TO ASSIST AND RELIEVE PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES LIVING WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO BECOME ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY AND (B) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AS TO THE DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED BY PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AND THE ADVANTAGES OF INTEGRATING SUCH PEOPLE INTO THE GENERAL COMMUNITY
