[C] TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A REGISTER OF ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION AND ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A REGISTER OR HERD BOOK FOR REGISTRATION OF SHEEP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE ASSOCIATION AND TO CLASSIFY AND MAINTAIN RECORDS OF ALL ANIMALS ENTERED IN THE SAID REGISTER OR HERD BOOK. [D] TO PROMOTE THE THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE STOCKS OF SUCH SHEEP AND TO DEVELOP AND ADVANCE THE MOST EFFICIENT AND UP TO DATE METHODS OF REARING SAME.
