Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS AMONGST UNEMPLOYED PERSONS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS REGARDLESS OF AGE SEX CREED ETHNIC ORIGIN OR COLOUR BY SUCH MEANS AS THE CHARITY SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME AS A MINISTRY OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY BY TRAINING OR ASSISTING UNEMPLOYED PERSONS TO OBTAIN TRAINING IN SUCH SKILLS AS WILL FIT THEM FOR EMPLOYMENT . FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS SUB-PARAGRAPH A PERSON WHO IS TEMPORARILY EMPLOYED OR EMPLOYED WHILE ENGAGED IN TRAINING OR ACQUIRING NEW SKILLS MAY BE TREATED BY THE CHARITY AS UNEMPLOYED.
