Charitable objects
(A) GENERALLY FOR SUCH PURPOSES OR OBJECTS WHICH ARE FROM TIME TO TIME RECOGNISED AS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT. (B) TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO UNIVERSITIES WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR THE REJUVENATION AND BUILDING OF LABORATORIES AND THE PROVISION OF AUDIO-VISUAL AND OTHER EQUIPMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE STUDY OF OIL RECOVERY TO FUND OIL RECOVERY SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PHD AND MSC STUDENTS IN UNITED KINGDOM UNIVERSITIES.
