THE RELIEF PRIMARILY OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BY IMPROVING THE ACCESSIBILITY OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS, AREAS AND FACILITIES IN THE COUNTY OF CAERPHILLY AND RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. ENSURING THAT STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES WITH REGARD TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ARE MET AND THERE IS PROVISION OF SAFE AND CONVENIENT PASSAGE THROUGHOUT THE AREA.
