THE CENTRE IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE BENEFITS FOR THE INHABITANTS OF MOSS SIDE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION, AND THE LOCAL INHABITANTS
