TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND PROVIDE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN BY: OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY AND LEARNING FACILITIES THAT MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL CHILDREN REGARDLESS OF FAMILY STATUS, DISABILITY, COLOUR, ETHNIC ORIGIN, CULTURE, RELIGION OR BELIEF. (2) ACTIVELY ENCOURAGING INCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITIES WHEREVER POSSIBLE.
