((A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AREA (DEFINED AS THE COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AND ADJOINING AREAS FOR THIS PURPOSE AND KNOWN AS "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL AND ARTS SERVICES AND RESOURCES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE TEACHERS AND CHILDREN IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
