Charitable objects
1) TO RESTORE PRESERVE AND MAINTAIN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF BEBINGTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) THE HISTORIC BUILDING KNOWN AS MAYER HALL, BEBINGTON, WIRRAL;
2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID PEOPLE
