THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF ANY MONEY OR OTHER PROPERTY RECEIVED FOR THE TRUST UPON TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE AREA OR ANY PART THEREOF TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
