THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM SICKLE CELL DISEASE
THE RELIEF OF POVERTY (WHERE NECESSARY) AMONG THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY OF PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING, OR WHO, IMMEDIATELY BEFORETHEIR DEATH , SUFFERED FROM SICKLE CELL DISEASE
THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH PERSONS AND FOR SUCH IMMEDIATE MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES HAVING NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS
