THE RELIEF OF YOUNG CARERS (YOUNG CARERS BEING DEFINED AS PERSONS UP TO EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE WHOSE LIVES ARE AFFECTED IN SOME WAY BECAUSE OF THE NEED TO CARE FOR SOMEONE AT HOME), WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONALITY, ETHNIC OR NATIONAL ORIGINS, RACE COLOUR, DISABILITY, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS AND THE LOCAL INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO: A) PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE B) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE PERSONS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, ADVOCACY AND INFORMATION SERVICES AND C) PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINEDDD
