(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST MEMBERS OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY BY THE PROVISION, IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION OF GRANTS, STIPENDS, GOODS, CHATTELS, FOOD AND INTEREST FREE LOANS. (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS IN THIS COUNTRY AND OVERSEAS.
