B)1) TO PROMOTE USE OF THE CANAL AS AN AMENITY AND FOR WATER-RELATED AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES BY AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC. B)2) TO PROMOTE AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY STRUCTURE AND USE OF THE CANAL IN PARTICULAR AND OF CANALS AND INLAND WATERWAYS GENERALLY. B)3) TO PROMOTE AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN CARE FOR THE DIVERSE FLORA AND FAUNA OF THE CANAL IN PARTICULAR AND OF CANALS AND INLAND WATERWAYS GENERALLY.
