Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY MAINTAINING, PRESERVING AND DISPLAYING THE WHITSTABLE OYSTER YAWL FAVOURITE TO THE PUBLIC ON SITE IN ISLAND WALL, WHITSTABLE, HAVING REGARD TO ITS HISTORIC IMPORTANCE AND ITS ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE TOWN OF WHITSTABLE.
