TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROMOTION, SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE LIBRARY AT KEATS GROVE, HAMPSTEAD, LONDON NW3 (THE LIBRARY) IN PARTICULAR BY THE CONTINUATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND OTHER BENEFITS FOR THE COMMUNITY PROVIDED BY OR AT THE LIBRARY AND THE KEATS ARCHIVES HOUSED THEREIN AND THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO THE LIBRARY AND SUPPORT FOR THE LIBRARY AND ITS EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND OTHER BENEFITS WHICH IT PROVIDED OR MAY PROVIDE TO THE COMMUNITY AND THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC AND SUBSCRIPTION LIBRARIES OF ASSISTANCE TO SUCH LIBRARIES.
