(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST ERITREANS IN ERITREA, SUDAN AND ADJOINING COUNTRIES BY THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE STANDARDS OF LIVING OF SUCH PEOPLE (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH ERITREANS AS HAVE NEED OF IT BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
