TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE NEED AMONGST YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICULARLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) THOSE RESIDENT IN THE LLANELLI TRAVEL TO WORK AREA BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE, COUNSELLING, TRAINING AND OTHER FACILITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND SO THAT THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED
