(2) TO ADVANCE THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SISTERS OF THE SAINTS MARTHA AND MARY CONVENT OF MERCY IN MOSCOW, RUSSIA. (3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF A MUSEUM, IN RUSSIA OR ELSEWHERE, DEDICATED TO THE LIFE OF GRAND DUCHESS ELIZABETH FEODROVNA, UNDERTAKING RESEARCH INTO HER LIFE AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
