[1] FOR THE RELIEF OF ESTONIANS OR PERSONS OF ESTONIAN DESCENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP , SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE IN NEED. [11] FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE ESTONIAN LANGUAGE AND IN SUCH OTHER SUBJECTS AS THE CHARITY THROUGH ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE. [111] FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, ESTONIA AND ELSEWHERE AS THE CHARITY THROUGH ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
