THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE WHOLE THEREOF TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OR FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES (BEING NOT LESS THAN THREE IN NUMBER OR A TRUST CORPORATION ACTING ALONE OR WITH ONE OR MORE INDIVIDUALS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE
