TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS MALTREATMENT NEGLECT OR POOR CIRCUMSTANCES BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF SUCH ANIMALS.
