Charitable objects
(1) TO RELIEVE MEMBERS OF THE ASIAN COMMUNITY WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF GRAVESHAM WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS THROUGH THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY. (11) TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. (111) TO PROMOTE GOOD COMMUNITY RELATIONS BETWEEN ALL PERSONS AND TO WORK TOWARDS THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION AND PREJUDICIAL PRACTICES.
