THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ('THE OBJECTS') ARE: TO RELIEVE PERSONS AND, IN PARTICULAR PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE HOMELESS OR INADEQUATELY HOUSED BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION INCLUDING AN EMERGENCY NIGHTSHELTER FOR PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 16.
