TO BEAUTIFY AND ASSIST IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCHES OF ST. MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS, KINGSNORTH, ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI MISSION HALL, STUBBS CROSS AND ST. PETER AND ST. PAUL, SHADOXHURST IN THE DIOCESE OF CANTERBURY (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCHES") AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THEM AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP
