TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF EASTERN AREA SCHOOLS NORTH YORKSHIRE PUPILS ATTENDING THE MUSIC CENTRE AT THE SIXTH FORM COLLEGE, SCARBOROUGH, OR WHATEVER OTHER VENUE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE IN USE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AT THE CENTRE (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY)
