ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO SUBSTITUTE CARE, IN PARTICULAR THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF FOSTER CARERS; 2. THE RELIEF OF FOSTERED CHILDREN AND THEIR CARERS BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION.N OF FACILITIES FOR THE ARTS, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE VIEW OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
