TO RELIEVE SICKNESS BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, SUPPORT, HELP AND INFORMATION TO (A) ANYONE SUFFERING OR RECOVERING FROM A VIRAL INFECTION OF THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, OTHER CHRONIC ILLNESS OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY OR (B) CHILDREN AGED UP TO 16 YEARS OF AGE WHO MAY ALSO HAVE BEHAVIOURAL PROBLEMS AND/OR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OR (C) ANYONE WITH CARING RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH A PERSON; WHO LIVE OR WORK WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF HARTLEPOOL BOROUGH COUNCIL, STOCKTON-ON-TEES BOROUGH COUNCIL, MIDDLESBROUGH BOROUGH COUNCIL, REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL AND DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
