TO ADVANCE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF WENDOVER AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT AND PARTICULARLY TO PROVIDE HELP IN CASES OF NEED FOR THE RESIDENTS THEREOF.
