TO GIVE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT IN BOGNOR REGIS TO PEOPLE RESTRICTED BY LACK OF MOBILITY AND DISABILITY REGARDLESS OF AGE, GENDER OR RACE BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH EQUIPMENT AND OTHER ITEMS AND MATERIALS FOR THE EFFICIENT RUNNING OF THE CHARITY.
