1) THE PROMOTION OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MERSEYSIDE AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY
2) OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE BENEFICIAL TO THE INHABITANTS OF MERSEYSIDE
