B)TO EXTEND,ENHANCE,CONSERVE AND MAINTAIN THE SAID COLLECTION;AND
C)TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES,INCLUDING READING AND LECTURE ROOMS,FOR EDUCATION AND RESEARCH RELATING TO SAID COLLECTION
