FOR THE RELIEF OF THE AGED, OR PEOPLE IN FINANCIAL NEED, OR PEOPLE WITH ANY PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY, WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF EAST HAMPSHIRE, AS DEFINED BY LOCAL AUTHORITY BOUNDARY, AND TO ASSIST THOSE PERSONS BY; A. ASSISTING SUCH PERSONS TO OBTAIN THEIR FULL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS CITIZENS. B. PROVIDING ADVOCACY FOR SUCH PERSONS. C. PROVIDING SUPPORT TO SUCH PERSONS.
