FOR SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES ASSOCIATIONS AND TRUSTS AND IN SUCH SHARES AND IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY SUBJECT TO THE CONSENTS SET OUT IN CLAUSE 4 OF THE DEED BUT OTHERWISE IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
