TO PROMOTE THE ESTABLISHMENT IN LIFE OF YOUNG PERSON IN FINANCIAL NEED BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS IN PHOTOGRAPHY.
