Charitable objects

A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HUDDERSFIELD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION, TEACHINGS, VALUES AND PRACTICES, AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, OF SOCIAL WELFARE, RECREATIONS AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; B) TO WORK TOWARDS THE ELIMINATION OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AND TO PROMOTE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY, AND GOOD RELATIONS, BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS.
