TO ASSIST ABANDONED, UNWANTED, ILL-TREATED, SICK AND INJURED ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN SUCH WAYS AS ARE APPROPRIATE TO THEIR NEED; INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FOSTER CARE PENDING PERMANENT REHOMING WHERE APPROPRIATE.
