THE DEMISED PREMISES SHALL BE HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF A COMMUNITY OR VILLAGE HALL FOR USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF KINGSWORTHY IN THE COUNTY OF HAMPSHIRE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; IN RESPECT OF WHICH THE USE OF THE SAME BY AND FOR YOUNG PERSONS AND YOUTH ORGANISATIONS IS TO FORM A SIGNIFICANT PART.
