TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BY: I) PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY CARE AND EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN BELOW STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE FROM ARMED FORCES AND CIVILIAN FAMILIES LIVING IN THE AREA; II) WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PARENTS TO HELP CHILDREN LEARN AND DEVELOP; III) ADDING TO THE LIFE AND WELL-BEING OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY; IV) OFFERING CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS A SERVICE THAT PROMOTES EQUALITY AND VALUES DIVERSITY
