TO PROMOTE SUCH AND ANY EDUCATIONAL OBJECTS OR PURPOSES TENDING TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN YOUNG PERSONS AND DISADVANTAGED ADULT PERSONS AND THEIR HELPERS BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRAINING IN AND EXPERIENCE OF SEAMANSHIP NAVIGATION AND BOAT-HANDLING FOR SUCH PERSONS SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
