THE FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF OCTAVIA HOUSING PARTICULARLY BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE PROVISION OF HOUSING AND ASSOCIATED FACILITIES AMENITIES AND SERVICES FOR THE POOR, THE DISABLED AND THE AGED.
