Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN ENGLAND AND FRANCE TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS OF ANY SPECIES WHO ARE SICK ABANDONED NEGLECTED OR ILL TREATED AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE OR MAINTAIN ACCOMMODATION OR OTHER SUCH FACILITIES FOR THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS.
